Have you ever hit a plateau and just don't know where to start? Here are 3 steps I personally take to help get back on track.
Fitness plan -
Interest in some home workouts? Check out my fitness page. Meanwhile you should do some extra moving outside if your normal workouts.
Take the steps when you can. Park further from the store. Work from home? Take the stairs in your house in between meetings.
Tracking your progress allows you to measure your progress. Going by the scale can be demotivating. Tracking allows you to determine what works and what doesn't and adjust accordingly.
There are a few ways you can track your progress. I like to use my fitness pal with the combination of my fitness planner. If you are interested visit my planner page and check out how I use it for fitness tracking.
Plateaus are not our friends. It is a way to tell us our bodies need something different. Changing up your food and fitness every 4-6 weeks can help. Making changes for our health goals keeps it interesting.
